    Please can anyone let me know the heating rate to be used for PWHT of ASTM 516 Gr 60 and SS316L Is there a fixed rate of heating for all thicknesses? For carbon steel A516 Gr60 we are working with all thicknesses up to 60mm. Thanks for your help.

    Thank you SnTman. Can the bevel angle be adjusted on the straight line track cutter? do you process parallel edges simultaneously, for heat input etc or this is not required? our material range is carbon steel A516 Gr70 and Stainless steel 316L.
