    SIPS repair

    Foundation is good, the SIPS are the only issue. My thought is to remove some foam from behind the good OSB and install a 8" strip of 1" thick OSB behind for a screwed and glued splice connection (4" for the original piece, 4" for the new piece.) Then drill little holes at 12" o.c. e.w. and...

    SIPS repair

    Has anyone ever specified a repair for a SIP wall where the bottom 2 feet of the interior OSB has removed (flood)? I have found splice details for vertical joints but none for horizontal joints. Thanks!
