I'd like to know the functions of the variable inlet guide vanes in the gas turbine's axial compressor and how it affects the axial compressor efficiency?
I am looking for an inspection checklist or factory acceptance list to enable me receive brand new diesel generator set, something covers all the points to check.
If anybody have such checklist,kindly share it.
