Thanks I was able to diagnose the problem once I knew where the button was. I am running 2 monitors.....apparently NX7 needs to be on Monitor #1 or it gets confused. So I just renumbered the monitors and works as expected now.
I am frustrated..... My NX7 is not saving the preview image, so others and myself can view a thumbnail of the model view.... I have looked in the Customer defaults, and Store Preview image is enabled. Another user in my office has no problems. He gets thumbnails every time. What is going on...
