My fasteners are 1/4-20 x 5/8 lg. qty is 14 screws.
Just mounting a 9'long 1x1 thin wall tube on the top surface. The components will be inside and no one has ever mentioned an issue with corrosion resistance.

Ok, big block of 1006 type carbon steel machined with various tapped holes.
There are other components being fastened to it with a mix of material types of fasteners. Some stainless and some Gr5.
I thought with cs you could not use a ss fastener? Did not see any notes on any of the drawings...

I had wanted to just strike through. The checker said he had never seen it done that way before.
I can see a case for both methods.

Item 9 is a swivel leveling foot.
Engineer wants to replace it with a non-swiveling foot.
