    Thank you TGS4, but I can't use ABAQUS Support as it does not come with the package that I am using. Do you have any pointers? Btrueblood, it is in cartesian co-ordinates, but I was unsure about whether S11 etc. was representing a local or global frame. I would expect the x-direction stresses...

    Hi, Does anyone know how to find the latitudinal and longitudinal stresses using Abaqus? My hemispherical dome is completely symmetric yet S11, S22 and S33 return unsymmetrical results! Many thanks.
