Experts,
Please guide me, which injection sealent will be suitable for the ball valv?, size is more than 12", temperature around 25 C, and fluid is Natural Gas.
This valve is in line and passing.

Iylek,
Valvit is correct 400 mic is a good place to start but still its depends upon as you said the fluid in the line?
Mostly we are applying bond arc after the surface preperation of the base material and then final coating, which gives good strenghth.
Experts,
I would like to know about the online testing of the safety valves...... i was wounder when our one client told me that its not recommended to online service testing.
Since boiler safety valves are almost welded, if is that case how can we test those valves...........?

Thanks tr1xnt,
what gerhardl was saying is correct this is because of the crude.
i hope, this method will work, applying an pressure through grease port.
thanks to all,
jaff
Thanks Gerhald,
Actaully, there are so many Ball Valve of size range 4" to 12" with the line pressure around 80 bar, fluid density is also high you can say crude, type of stuck you can say we tried by applying more torque but no movement, if we will go more than that i hope that gear box shaft...
Thanks zdas04,
Actually if any grease injection port will be not there, what will be the next step? and if grease port is there then, which type of sealent is suitable?
