Thermally sprayed thermoplastic foam
So we've started to use another building of ours that we didn't previously use and need to insulate it. We were looking at getting it spray foamed, but we have a flame spray/thermal spray thermoplastic system already so I've been told to look into it [morning]. UHMW warping while fusing to glass filled HDPE
Hello, I am trying to fuse UHMW to glass filled HDPE tape and am having the UHMW warp and create large creases. My setup now is inside a vacuum bag I have a silicone heating blanket at 400F on top of the glass filled HDPE with the UHMW under that and lastly it sits on a steel sheet to help keep...- ykamms
