What are the limits of a Civil PE license in Washington State.
I am newly working in WA state. I am being told that you must be an SE to design any sort of building or retaining wall in this state. Are there something more restrictions than might apply in California? Unfortunately the state site is not clear on this. Thanks in advance to any WA CE or SE...- xpateng56
