I am working on an old building where all I have for drawings is an rtu addition plan. The drawing indicates the existing deck is assumed to be 1-1/2" 16ga Ferrobord by Republic Steel Roof Deck. I could not find any information on this type of deck. Test cuts revealed the deck is constructed...
Looking at 1931 structural roof framing plans, the deck is indicated as gypsteel gypsum senior plank. The drawings indicate it is 2" thick. I saw a few threads referring to gypsteel planks. Has anyone been able to find load tables for the planks?
