Hi All,
I want to add a PTFE coating to a formed medical band. My question is can I treat the strips before or after forming? I would want to do them before as it would be easier, but I am concerned the coating may crack.
Notes:
The band does come into contact with the body.
The single units...
Hi,
Does anyone have any tips for moving injection mould tools from one moulder to another?
For example:
Build up stock quietly so if something goes wrong you can still supply your customers.
Is it best to turn up without notice or say you are doing a stock-take and put them all in a van so...

Hi All,
We have sourced a electrical water heater with CE certification, but would like to sell it in the US where do we stand on the legal/certification side? As it is not our product we have basically just put our name on it.
Thanks in advance,
Wayne.
If you plan on using it a lot as well as the training, I would employ a contractor for 3 months or so as its so much easier with some around who can actually us it.
Cheers,
Wayne.

And it is cheap!!! PP does have a bad name but when it is designed and moulded correctly the end results are...
Hi Guys,
I want to design a form that goes over the skin as it is low volume I was thinking CNC that will then be thermoformed but I do not want any sharp edges that may cause cuts.
The CNC inner pattern may change but the overall form will stay the same.
Has anyone done this before? Or has...
What I'm trying to do is workout how heavy my product will be and the piece price.
Logic told me that the product would be lighter as the weight numbers did not make sense. I am presuming that EVA foam has less plastic injected that solid EVA thus less weight and cost.
I need to workout how...
Cheers again Chris,
I am being a little thick I only have a BSc after my name. I have no idea how to work it [ponder].
