    Hi Hacksaw, Thanks a lot for the info, i was wondering how i resolve this problem, you see when i load sugar to the pan it just stews and takes ages to get to temperature, if the problem is inert gas in the jacket do you know how i can alleviate this issue? Really appreciate any feedback...
