MCC bus sizing Help
I have a total of 654hp motor list, largest motor 150hp. The 150hp (on a starter contactor) runs a meat grinder which will only operate continuosly for no more than 10min at a time. My estimate gives me an 800amp bus. Will this size do the trick? how do you properly calculate the proper bus size...- samtorres66

Need assistance choosing a PLC
AB Micrologix 1000 32pt I/O can easily do this application. With plenty left for other stuff. Draw back - no online editing. AB Micrologix 1100 has an ethernet port and online editing features. However, you might need to add a output module.- samtorres66
