    Surface specs for hot rolled SBQ bar

    New to the forum here. i work for a metal forging company and we are having issues with the surface quality of the raw material from the mills like scratches , roll marks. does anyone know of any ASTM specs that focus on the surface quality of hot rolled SBQ bar?
