    I have found a picture on http://www.ces.clemson.edu/chemeng/undergraduate/uolab/distilla.htm Perhaps they also have another name. The original spec is Swiss, and mentions Igel (Igel is german for hedgehog).

    I am looking at the re-use of an existing scrubber which uses 'hedgehog' packing. I don't have any data on the packing characteristics. Does anyone have any data on this type of packing or any idea where to find any?
