    AS1170.2 2011 Parapet Reduction Factor

    I noticed that the parapet reduction factor in AS1170.2:2011 doesn't allow reduction for the RC1 case with local pressure factor (KL) of 3.0. I am designing a sturcture with a large parapet that reduces the RA1 and RA2 cases by 0.5, but figure I can't reduce the corner local pressure factor...
