    This is what I was referring to in the link tab. You can't use this to define elevations for different events without the using a hydrograph?

    We actually do have topo. The sewer line is within a campus (mostly under green space), so traffic issues are not involved. All the services to the buildigns are from manholes, and according to the information that I have, don't need to be repaired.
