I am looking for a product that can accept a standard analog 0-10 VDC control signal (gray and purple) and then output 120 volts dimmed (as for lighting). Here's the backstory:

A customer wants a fluorescent fixture with a dimmable ballast with 0-10VDC control, but there is no such ballast for the particular lamp they want (PL-L36W, or a "39w Biax"). Philips does make such a ballast, but only in 220-240 volt, not 120v. So, my idea is to find a converter of some kind that will receive the 0-10VDC signal, and then send a dimmed line voltage on to the ballasts (probably Lutron ECO-10, Hi-Lume or Compact SE).

I know that there are many dimmer modules that are controlled by 0-10VDC; the theatrical industry leaps to mind. But does any one manufacture such a device for the archetectural field? Surely there is a demand for such an item. Thanks, all...
