0V of 24 V SUPPLY GROUNDED

We are operating with a T-N system and the negative of our 24 V supply is not grounded. I intend to earth the negative and bring it to ground potential.
Are there any constraint in doing that /

The fact that your mains is tied to ground does not change anything with respect to the 24 V system. You can do whatever you want with the 24 V minus pole.

For 24 VDC control power, some installations like to float the DC power and alarm if a ground fault is detected on the + or - bus. This prevents loss of control power on the first ground fault and minimizes teh chance of battery discharges through inadvertant grounds.

Right. But that is a choice that is independent of the mains being IT or TN.So, you can do what you want with the DC supply - not dependent on mains.

Sometimes I see people trying to completely keep the 24VDC isolated if it is running brushed servo motors. They optically isolate everything in sight.
