I need to design a 1" Sanitary connection onto 3/4" Tubing Fitting. I'm looking for geometry and dimensional data for this connection. I believe its a clamp type fitting and is similar to having a flange on each end. Can any one provide a link where this can be found? I found some info but it isn't clear what the fitting geometry is vs. the sanitary flange geometry.

Is this what you are describing? I know the tube diameter is small.

The dimension drawing is at the bottom of the page.

Maybe this is what you are looking for:

Yes bimr, when someone says sanitary connection that is what I think of.

Or pay the extra buck and go for a Swagelok version, SS-810-SC-8 (catalogue MS-01-140)

The ones from Alfa or Tri-Clover are considered the best.
Don't ask why, that is what the pharma guys tell me.
Beware though, different brands may not mate correctly.
The seal is an o-ring on a SS carrier, and if you don't match brands the compression may be wrong.
And the outside angles for the clamps are not standard either.
Again, don't ask. I was on a committee that worked on these.

much appreciated. Found what I needed.

Ed: re the different brands, shouldn’t that matter/be possible when they’re for example all to ASME BPE dimensioned?
