100% PUR coating for underground

I have some items to be coated with 100% PUR coating, of 1500 micron for underground. Any one experienced in such coatings? Is there any Vendors in the middle east who is handling such jobs? I am first time hearing of such a coating for underground.
I think it requires heating, and expected to be a plural component spray system.

Can somebody advise me on this?
