What would be the suitable piping material and MOC for valves?

What you will learn that there is no commonly available metal that will work. You are looking at alloys like B-2 and B-3. the better bet is lined FRP. This is common for this service.

Is there really lined FRP that is good to 10000psi?
(genuinely curious - I've used it up to maybe 200-300psi and that is already awfully thick. I can't imagine what a 10000psi rated FRP pipe would look like.)

The stimulation fluid will be treated with an inhibition package. The key information will be what materials were used to assess and select the treatment package. From that data, that should be supplied either by the well owner who qualified the chemicals, or the chemical supplier if the well owner didn't think about it, it will be possible to see whether less exotic materials are protected and have an acceptable chance of of an economic lifetime. API 10k will be a tall order for GRP piping, so a metallic backing as a minimum will be required. It then becomes a case of what to line it with and then whether the chemical treatment will take care of the valve trim.

Badger, I was thinking of metallic with FRP liners, I should have spelled that out.
Most of these treatment packages are designed with a specific MOC in mind. And they should be able to tell you want that is and what the expected life is (usually fairly short).
