17-4 SS hardening and Hydrogen embrittlement

I have a fastener (1-1/4-7 x 5-1/2 HHCS) that is made of 17-4 Stainless. It is in condition A as pre-machined and Condition H 900 post machined. This leaves a very colorful finish which my customers percieve as rust and my marketing people hate.
The screw needs to be SS to resist corrosion. We have used 410/416/416Se in the past. Don't know why we have changed.

My question is: If I electropolish to a bright finish, (I assume we would spend the least amount of time in the tank that would make them shiny)
Do I run the danger of hydrogen embrittlement?

In electropolishing the workpiece is the anode and sees no hydrogen deposition. You do nothing to increase the risk of H.E.
