???-170 equivalence according to DIN or ASTM Code

I heard that Russian metal ВКС-170 having high wearability and could be a good solution for hydraulic hammer chisel, please let me know if somebody has good expereince with this metal?

and what would be the equivealnt code of ASTM or DIN?
