1959 Steel Deck Identification

Hey all,

Looking at some old structural drawings and noticed a steel deck called out as what the pic shows.
I'm assuming the 18 signifies the gauge of the deck and the depth of the deck being 2" but I'd like to see if other engineers have come across this specific designation.

EPIC had a "WideDeck" product that came in 7 1/2" depths.

The "LS" could refer to "Long Span"

Also - see attached ICBO report from November, 1980...some years past your 1959 but there is a reference to a long span roof deck.

See Page 7 of 28 - Table A-16 where there's an LS2 - 18 that comes in a 7 1/2" depth.
