Has anyone got a schematic of a simple but stable 5V 1MHz PWM oscillator.

Hi,

If you can program a PIC then PWM is pretty straight forward. In fact the Microchip range has a PWM output.

What load do you have to drive with this PWM signal?

Thanks for the reply, but maybe it's not as simple as I made out.
Firstly, I actually need two alternating pwm outputs with deadtime to run a half-bridge driver. The fastest PIC will only run at 10MHz (instruction cycle). Two PWMs@1MHz and deadtime will only give me a PWM adjustment of 50 or 40% and I need 0-50% PWM.
