2:1 Ellip. Endcap. How to model flat surface using Proe

I am currently modelling a 2:1 Ellip. Endcap.
I need the surface of the cap to have three areas pressed flat to provide a surface onto which 3 X 1/2" BSPP sockets can be welded. Does anyone know how to model this feature?
Can provide a jpeg or step file which shows what i am trying to achieve.
