2+2 Hot Standby + Space Diversity

Hi Everyone
Can we design 2+2(STM-1) Hot Standby + Space Diversity Link as following
2 antnenna 2P
4 radios using Power Splitter

You can look up "MIMO".

It's almost never as simple as using passive power splitters. Use of a power splitter simply makes an N-element antenna array with the implied directionality.

I think indoor results may have an effective diversity improvement that's more/different than simple antenna array factor related. With alot of multipath, the arraying of two antennas might improve results.

I have not seen any articles on "improvement indoors with passively arrayed antennas". It would be interesting to see the results though.
