Hi guys!

So I am simulating a 2-D axisymmetric model for Metal spinning. I have a tool which works its way on a Aluminium AA1100 workpiece where I apply smooth step amplitude. I have done everything in SI units. However the force I am getting is too high which is around 10000N for an aluminium sheet.

My units are:
Density : 2710kg/m^3
Stress : 41.38 x 10^9 Pa
Time: Seconds
Force: N

I dont see my material property being an issue as I have them in SI units. What other factors could affect my force as I cannot figure it out. (could it be mesh??)

Best regards,
Chin
