Hey guys Just would Like to compare cutting conditions on .25 ms we seem to struggle with it since we got a new fiber laser. It has a ipg laser source and a precitec head. Ok i currently cut at 2000w .0394 nozzle height 82 inch/min .45 bar o2 focal 4.3 ,1.5 d nozzle . right now its cutting good i just changed from a 1d nozzle tonight because its so picky on centering ![[banghead]](/data/assets/smilies/banghead.gif "[banghead] [banghead]")
.we do get a small amount of crust on the very bottom of the cut not slag really it just wipes right off but it is enuf to keep a hole from falling thru. our old machine was a old amada sheet drager not so picky like this one. Anyway just curious on how our speed is compared to the rest out there. everything else seems to cut great i even cut some half inch stainless the other day at 10 inches a min ![[pimp]](/data/assets/smilies/pimp.gif "[pimp] [pimp]")
