2004 ASME II Part D

I am missing pages 65.2 & 65.3 from 2004 ASME II Part D. I am looking for S at elevated temp for SA-240 316L. I would really appreciate it if someone could either provide the values or provide the missing pages.

In the front of Sec. II Part D, there is a user name and password to access the material tables online.

Thanks for your help. We were also missing alot of pages in Table 2A. I was able to download everything I need.
