I'm rebuilding some control rods from 2024 T3, the Hysol 929NA thread locker/sealant requires that the control rods are oven cured for three hours at 300 degrees(F), I'm wondering how much effect this may have on the material? Thank you

I pasted the wrong title for this post, sorry... I do not need hardness values.

Heating at 300 F for 3 hours will have very little effect on strength or ductility. The duration would need to be of the order of 24 hours before you would start to see any increase in strength or decrease in ductility. Source is Figure 22(b) Aging characteristics of alloy 2024 sheet from ASM HANDBOOK Volume 4 Heat Treating.
