Hi , I have a question, How to calculation for short circuit force for 230kV cable support structure?
Cleat has already considered Electro-magnetic force according to IEC 61914. Does this cable support structure still need to take Electro-magnetic force into consideration?

The dynamic effort calculation it could be performed according to IEC 60865-1/2011.
However, if the cleats are in place only static effort [due to cable weight] may be considered.

Dear 7anoter4 :Thank you for your reply and help. I also think that only the cable load is considered, but I have to convince the owner. Is there a case or standard to explain thank!

Assume the three cables in each support are of three phases and not of the same phase in parallel. In that case only the load need to be considered.
There is an IEC Technical Report -IEC 60865-2 ed2.0-2015 "Short Circuit Currents-Calculation of Effects" This document gives typical calculations for various arrangement of conductors/cables
