Starting to see some published diaphram strength for 29 guage panels. The values seem high compared to those previously discussed here. Anyone have compelling data to agree with these?
296 plf for one
246 plf for the other

Aren't these ultimate loads?
I generally use 100 plf allowable.

It does say ultimate loads. 2.5 FS for ultimate wind loads seem ok?

AISI 310 can be used to check it. or apply appropriate factors of safety to the ultimate wind load. Best situation is that the panel strength is limited by fastener bearing.

Yea, checking with ultimate wind load to their ultimate, I am about a FS of 2.25
