2D axisymmetric nonlinear analysis HELP...

I can't find out what's wrong with my analysis. I'm realitive new with Abaqus, and I would really appreciate any help, tips and tricks.

I have tried to create a material model, but surely it must be modified, first I must see if the model can be analyzed...

You'd be better off having a look in the .sta and .msg files created by the analysis run - these will be in the ABAQUS working directory. Post the errors that you find there.

I just looked at your CAE file, and you have no contact defined between the parts. As a result, when the pressure is applied to the inner part, it just moves off as a rigid body and flies off into space...

Also, for an axisymmetric model, I would put a constraint on the edge that lies on the symmetry axis, in the x direction.

You don't really need a restraint on the line x=0 as for an axisymmetric body it is automatically retrained on the centre line (x=0). Bearing in mind that there is no contact anywhere (as bassmanjax has said) you'll also need to add more restraints in the axial direction as the pressure load is moving the parts away from each other in the axial direction. The single face that has been restrained won't be sufficient to hold all the parts together in my opinion.

I achieved to analyze the model, but the program terminated. When I started it again, the pressure didn't seem to transfer?! I have tried to regenerate everything from top to bottom, in case some of the input were lost...

Can someone please take a look at the .cae file?
