I have to calculate this type of problem:

In the right a steel pipe, with internal temperature "Ti" constant. In the left, another pipe that "shots" air at certain velocity and temperature.
I want to calculate the equilibrium temperature of the right pipe.

Do you know if exhist some analytical model?

It depends on some relative geometry. If your airflow over the pipe is uniform along its full length (into and out of the diagram) and creates uniform flow across the full diameter of the pipe (top to bottom of the diagram) you can just treat this as forced convection over a pipe, google that term and you will find plenty of relevant equations.

If the nozzle providing the airflow is small and close relative to the pipe and does not provide uniform airflow over the length of the pipe then it is unlikely this can be analyzed easily without CFD software as the pipe temperature will be heavily dependent on where you measure it (assuming sufficient airflow to have any effect on the pipe temperature at all). This could be considered impinging flow depending on your specific conditions. Google "Impinging flow heat transfer" to find some reference material to look through.
