2D Framework and Trusses FEM package for python 3.5

Hi,

I've made a package for computing Framework and truss structures in Python 3.5 and Jupyter notebook.
For now, you can calculate bending moment, shear force, normal force, reaction forces.

I've added displacements as wel, though it needs some correction.
