first of all, sorry for my english.
I want to simulate a synchronous generator as 2D model. I would like to export a 2D geometry from Pro/E to ANSYS Multiphysics. the way i do it is that a create a new part file, then i do a sketch. when i create the sketch in Pro/e, i save it in IGES format. But when i import it into ANSYS it displays nothing in the workspace. i tried with a 3D geometry modeled in Pro/e, it works very well.
My gol is to create the 2D generator model in Pro/e and then import it in ANSYS/EMAG.
Can you help me please ?
