For a GS1 2d matrix. How to encode the first FNC1 AND A SEPARATOR ?

What is needed is the code to encode the FNC1 and a space
The standard is very generic and if lloks on the internet multiple choices may appears. So, the question is: which way is the correct way to encode it?
