2D rendering 1

I am writing to ask about how to make this kind of picture.
Are they made by 2D rendering software?

I am a sales who want our customer to know our product clearly through these beautiful picture instead of 2D dwg engineering drawing.

That used to be done by people known as technical illustrators. AFAIK there are still a few left, but the job largely was wiped out by 3D CGI. It's easy enough to do with programs like Inkscape and Illustrator or Photoshop or GIMP. It always depended on people to decide what the shading should be like and still does.
