I am want to model a 3-D spiral. I'm reverse engineering and it is a 12in disk that I have cut a spiral into so that when you hold the middle, the weight expands it to form a 3-D helix.

I have attached a picture:

I have the file in disk form, but I do not know how to expand it - can that be done in assembly?

Thank you.
