I repeat my question because of misunderstandings.
I have one 3-phase motor of SIEMENS designed for the following parameters:
50Hz/500V/0,75kW/1,92A/2855rpm///575V/60Hz/0,86kW/1,96A/3455rpm

The same motor can work either with 500V/50Hz or 575V/60Hz
But in the reality I have rated voltages in the mains 400V/50Hz (Europe) or 480V/60Hz (U.S.).

Parameters on the motor refer to 500V or 575V. Firstly I do not understand why 500V or 575V (in which country there is 575V in the mains?). There would not be this question if had above mentioned parameters referring to 400V (Europe) or 480V (U.S.).

My questions:
1. What coarse values of power, speed, current would have this motor by 400V/50Hz in comparison to 480V/60Hz?

2. Can I use the same circuit-breaker (2A) for this motor in Europe as in in the U.S. I afraid not, because of different currents.

It sounds to me like you have the wrong motor for your application. You will have a hard time using this motor successfully on a 480 volt/60 Hz or 400 volt/50 Hz system. In either case, the voltage is going to be too low. What you need is a dual-rated motor for 460 volt/60 Hz or 380 volt/50 Hz.

There are a few 600 volt/60 Hz systems in the U.S. that use 575 volt motors. I don't know where 500 volt/50 Hz motors are used, but must be someplace.

jwerthman is correct. If the motor is a special motor, or a part of a piece of equipment, you may want to utilize a three phase boost circuit to provide a volts/hertz ratio that is comparable to the v/hz ratio of the rated motor. If not, then a motor of the proper rating is in order. Utilizing a motor with the improper v/hz ratio will drastically reduce the life of the motor, depending on the percentage of HP that it is operating at.
