Hi
I have a 3-winding transformer Delta/Wye/Delta rated 2500/1250/1250 kVA, Zk= 6% and voltage 6300 V/690 V.

My question is how do I calculate the maximum 3 pole short circuit current on the Low voltage side ? Must I use 1250 kVA for power or 2500 kVA (and why)

You need more information. The transformer has three impedance values - one for each pair of windings.
