For one of our project, at this planning stage, we need following technical details:

Three winding Power transformer of rating 380/230/34.5 kV of 1000 MVA size having 200MVA rated tertiary winding to be designed for the Refinery load / Power distribution network feeding from tertiary winding. Load on secondary winding will be 700 MW of Aluminium smelter plant.
Is it possible to design of this size and what will be approx. dimension of this transformer?

Entirely possible, but dimensions will depend heavily on the details such as ambient temperature, cables or air bushings, 3x single phase units or 1x three phase unit, tapchanger or not, and so on.

1x three phase for 45 degree ambient temp with on load tap chnager, having oil to air bushing...i need approx dimension for planning pupose to estimate area requirment.

And what about fault current limit reactor’s requirements?

Current limiting reactor for what? For preliminary dimensions, you need to talk with a transformer supplier.

If you're going to have aluminum smelter T-R sets for a load on one winding, you will need to have make sure power quality is not going to be an issue for the refinery load.

On the surface, this seems like a bad idea - two large and unrelated industrial loads tied to the same transformer. Consider the liability for lost revenue should this single transformer fail.
