30 K Watt electric generator for wind energy 1

I am trying to get a 30 K Watt electric generator to connect it to wind turbine. I hope I hear any ideas about that. Thank you.

this is not a home project rather it is a new type of wind mill that we are testing for the first time.I chose a high value of power because we have expectations that we will reach near such powers. I did not get an answer any way though. Thank you.
 
Well you have not said much... There are many different types of generators for wind turbines. There are many different styles and philosophies, probably more than for any other kind of prime-mover.

Your question is nearly the same as "I need an automobile. Any suggestions?"

Can you provide us with some more direction?
What shaft speeds?
What orinentation?
What output?
AC? DC?
What is the load going to be?
And anything else you can think of...

You can use a standard induction motor running as an induction generator if you can get the speed matched up with the windmill. This will require some type of excitation source - either a capacitor bank or another ac source of power such as an engine generator to parallel with.

If this is a prototype, I'd suggest just trying to make a motor work for now.

I asked about it being a home project because the vague nature of your question is typical of non-engineers, and this site is not for homeowners, hobbyists and other non-engineers. You may also be well served to read the introductory information for using this site. This is not a classroom where you can learn every detail of a subject from scratch, but rather a place to get help from the knowledge base and experiences of others in overcoming glitches and problems you encounter on your own learning path. You are strongly encouraged to use Google and other resources to find what you need first, then come back here to fill in details that you don't understand.

wind generators of that size- induction units or DC gens. Induction is easy if you have a power source to excite it. Any induction motor will work until you overspeed it and destroy the unit.

Most wind turbines have overspeed protection/brakes.
