316ss & Nickel alloy weld fillers with charpy test

We have an upcoming project where our customer is requesting that we only use weld fillers that have been subjected to a Charpy Impact test. What manufacturers offer bare wire weld fillers where they have already prepared coupons and conducted Charpy testing? This is our first choice if it is available. We prefer to not use our limited resources to make coupons for this type of testing unless there is no other option. The materials we need are 316L SS and ER NiCrMo-04 Hastelloy. Any recommendations will be appreciated.

Are you using bare wire for GMAW or GTAW? And what temperatures? I think you will have a hard time finding pre-tested ERNiCrMo-4, but for 316L GTAW wire, Lincoln pre-tests thier 316LCF (brand name- used to be a Metrode product) at -320F.

We work with several manufacturers / vendors that offer that service. Be sure to clearly state the requirements on your PO for the consumables and review the MTR to determine that the reported test results are actual, not typical. Some will state their cert is in accordance with EN 10204 3.1 or they may reference that applicable schedule in SFA 5.01
