36"x24" plot

May seem like a simple thing, however, I am trying to plot a drawing that is 36" height and 24" width. I have tried the 24"x36" portrait plot with no luck, I have tried changing the paper size to 36"x24" with no luck, does anyone have any other suggestions?

Is your basic drawing template defined
as 24 x 36? If not you can plot it on
a D sheet and it still will not plot
the full drawing. To check scale the
drawing down to 1/4 and then plot 4x
and see if that works. If so, your basic
template in for an A sheet or B sheet.
We have basic template for A B C D and E
size drawings.

Thanks for the reply. I finally got it to work, plot using 24"x36" landscape paper with the portrait drawing orientation.
