3d meshing with two touching solid bodies in MSC Marc Mentat

I'm working on this concrete beam with rebar going through it. These are all solid bodies the problem I believe is where the rebar touches the concrete. I believe Marc sees those elements as not 3d. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

concrete with rebars in it is a contact problem with both the concrete and rebars in contact. so you should solve it by inputting contact parameters. I don't know about your program. not every fem software can do contact problems.
