recently a company setup a complete factory for manufacturing these 3D panels here in dubai (another manufacturer , and now they want me to become their regular structural designer for the projects undertaken. As they would go on doing turnkey Design + construction projects, i would be designing structures for them.

Does any one know where i can find some resourse for this type of construction ? design manuals etc. or any type of helping material.

Best off speaking to thte people who designed the panels in initially, they may have made some assumptions that you dont feel happy about.
having a quick look at the above site and the companies tech specs:

"All design shall be in accordance with that specified in the Tridipanel System literature. Concrete design shall be in accordance with ACI 318-71 or ACI 506R-85 and ACI 506.2-77 (Revised 1983). Steel design shall be in accordance with the American Institute of Steel Construction Specification for Design Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel. Calculations for loads and loading conditions shall be based on Chapter 12 of the Standard Building Code. The calculations shall confirmthat the panel loads do not exceed those allowed by Section IV of the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc. Report No. 9019"

I have seen similar panel systems in Cancun, Mexico, used in condo units for floor and wall systems. This was about 10 years ago now. When properly installed, they seemed to work well. Not any bounce on the floors. Don't know how it faired in the hurricanes the last two years though. The area was about 1.5 hours south of Cancun in the Half Moon Bay area at Akumal, north of Telum and south of Xcaret.
