I am running 2007 and having problems with displaying solids while modelling. Starting a new drawing everything is fine, however the more time spend on the drawing the solids begin to become almost transparent with the edges of solids feathered and confused. Saving the drawing and re-opening it seems to temporarily cure the problem but soon all the solid become transpartent and difficult to model, forcing me to use wireframe.

I am running a 3GHz machine, with a new GeForce graphics card and 2Mb of RAM, as required by ACad 2007.

Is there any settings that will fix this?

We have the same problem here and it's on all machines using 3D CAD, regardless of hardware or OS. It doesn't happen at the same level every time, but the more you use a drawing the worse it gets as the day wears on. I think it's related to extreme zooming, i.e. zooming into a small area on a large drawing.

We save, close, and reopen the drawing to "refresh" it. You don't have to close down AutoCAD when you do this, just the drawing.
